Project Description

About This Case Study

By definition, patients with rare diseases are difficult to find. But they are connecting and communicating on social media. Our client tasked Inspire to learn about patient reported outcomes of a variety of treatments from public online communication of patients with a rare disease.

1) Learn how Inspire employed sociolinguistic analysis to analyze public posts of patients with a rare disease.

2) Find out the benefits of social media exploration to obtain actionable insights about the rare disease journey

3) Understand how social media posts can provide patient reported outcomes of treatments for rare diseases adding needed intelligence for clinical trial design and development.
