Project Description
About This Case Study
When pharmaceutical companies ask patients about clinical trial protocols, they can make changes — before the trial — that can improve recruitment and retention later on. Our client, a clinical research team from a major pharmaceutical company, asked Inspire for help surveying patients with a chronic and potentially fatal condition about a clinical trial protocol.
1) Learn how an invasive procedure impacted interest in recruitment AND the work-arounds patients suggested to “fix” this barrier.
2) Find out the importance of information to these patients and their recommendations for information sharing in various contexts.
3) Understand how Inspire’s unique capabilities in finding patients, quickly implementing surveys and providing detailed reports with patients’ suggestions can improve a clinical trial protocol design.
