About This Case Study

Inspire’s robust email campaigns include personalized email journeys often coordinated through Activity Summary emails. Since Inspire members are highly receptive to email-based communication, the Inspire team wanted to test email’s ability to increase engagement with members known to be browsers of condition-specific communities.
