How sharing your story can help others looking for hope
“I just want people to know how much I love this site. It meant so much to me to read the stories!!!!”
“These communities have saved me. Seriously.”
“Hello, I am new here and so happy to know there is somewhere I can go that people will understand…”
These are just a few examples of the kind of messages Inspire receives from our members on a daily basis. Across communities and conditions, people on Inspire are finding hope, inspiration, and information in the stories that you share.
Finding emotional support during prostate cancer treatment
Prostate cancer impacts more than physical health. It can also impact a person’s emotional health and relationships. On Inspire, patients and their partners find emotional support for the impacts of prostate cancer treatments on sexual function.
Q&A for caregivers from Dr. Jamie Jacobs PhD
Caring for a loved one with cancer is challenging. Caregivers often put their own needs and feelings aside to focus on the person they are caring for. Dr. Jamie Jacobs of Massachusetts General Hospital responded to Inspire member questions about caregiving in the American Brain Tumor Association Community on Inspire.
