ABOUT THE ROLE
Inspire is seeking a lead creative designer who will establish creative direction for the company, and create a range of visual products including marketing campaigns, digital ads, social content, infographics and other materials. This position ultimately works to ensure that all visual elements are integrated and aligned with our corporate brand, acts as a guardian of our brand, and elevates our company through high-quality creative work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design a range of digital products including social content, digital advertising, landing and other web pages, illustrations, print collateral, infographics, logos and other marketing materials, ensuring the highest quality creative output
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects and company materials including digital assets
- Coordinate closely with experience Design team to ensure all digital assets have a streamlined, cohesive look and feel
- Maintain Inspire’s brand standards and provide guidance across company to ensure all assets and materials are in compliance
- Act as main point of contact for all design and web-related vendor relationships, working with vendors to design a range of products
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8-10+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, with a strong portfolio of projects
- Wide variety of design experience including social media design, page layout, infographics, web design, marketing materials development, event materials, logo/branding, and more
- Highly communicative, with strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to collaborate across a decentralized and matrixed company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability and desire to stay on top of trends in the design field
- Proficiency in using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver
- Understanding of social media platforms and design best practices, with a digital-first mindset
- CMS familiarity, WordPress, and data visualization skills a plus
